Chef’s Assistant
Duties include assisting the chef in all aspects of the production of gourmet soups, stocks, sauces and dressings.  Applicants must be knowledgeable in a kitchen environment and have basic culinary education.

Kitchen Assistant /
Prep Cook
Duties include preparing ingredients, packaging products, assisting the chef, general labour and cleaning, etc.  No experience required but an asset.

Customer Service /
Counter Person
Duties include assisting and serving customers, handling cash, monitoring the display fridge and store front, food preparation, opening and closing the store front, etc.  Experience in a retail environment an asset but not required.

Dishwasher
Duties include washing pots, equipment and dishes, general labour, cleaning, opening and closing the kitchen, etc.  No experience required but an asset.

Store Manager
Duties include all aspects of running a small business including managing a small staff, inventory management, quality control, customer service, product development, sales and marketing, and business relations.  Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years in a managing position.  Post secondary education a strong asset.
